You’ll be able to see all the other players in your city who own land in the same place, as well as a list of the landmarks they own.

The rent rate is based on what the market is asking for at that location. You can set the rate for a property you own or choose to pay the market price when you rent.
Land in your area is sold in 900 square feet parcels. Buy land in a place you can see in real life and choose where you want to live or let someone else live there and earn rent.
